#94 Jesse Millar

Jesse is CompyCore Racing's lead iRacing driver. He's been racing cars in various sims since August of 2021. He started his career in the Mazda MX-5 and has recently moved up to the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport MR. His goal is to race prototype cars in 24h endurance races. His rig is a triple-monitor GT1 EVO Sim Racing Cockpit.

Milestones

February 15, 2024

Getting back in the groove after a week off, Jesse Millar (#94) took pole position at the Falken Tyre Sports Car Challenge's Hungaroring in his McLaren 570S GT4. He kept the lead at the start, held the lead the whole race, and finished with a 3.5 second gap between him and second place. CompyCore Racing's first Grand Slam!

January 13, 2024

CompyCore Racing and Jesse Millar (#94) drove our first ever, official endurance race this morning: the iRacing ROAR which is inspired by the real-world Roar Before the Rolex 24 at Daytona International Speedway! The race was 2h and 24m long and started at 6:30am. The team woke at 5:30am, registered for the race, and ran practice laps for an hour to warm up. Jesse drove the CompyCore Racing Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 and qualified 26th out of 28 cars in his class but raced clean, found his rhythm, and made two early pit stops for fuel and tires to avoid some unnecessary fighting on track. After 76 laps, Jesse finished 8th in his class with only 11 incident points! The team is incredibly proud of the result! It's time to work our way up to even longer races with mental focus and cardio training!

CompyCore Racing's lead driver, Jesse Millar (#94), has officially driven 10,000 laps since joining the team! Even more impressive, he snagged third place in the GT4 Falken Tyre Challenge series as he crossed the 10,000 milestone. More hardware for the trophy cabinet!

2023 season 4 in iRacing is underway and Jesse Millar (#94) has officially finished his 200th race! He currently has an iRating of 2,706 and is competing in division 2 of the Falken Tyre Sports Car Challenge and GT4 Falken Tyre Challenge - Fixed series.

The checkered flag has waved on 2023 season 4 in iRacing. The CompyCore Racing Garage is overwhelmingly pleased to announce that in the Falken Tyre Sports Car Challenge series, Jesse Millar (#94) finished a remarkable 6th in division 3 out of 1,500 drivers (64th overall with 8,121 competitors)! And that's not all! Jesse also finished 8th out of 1,969 (68th overall out of 13,072 drivers) in division 3 of the GT4 Falken Tyre Challenge - Fixed series! Enjoy that well-earned break until 2024 season 1 starts! We're gonna hit the track hard next year! Happy holidays!

147 laps around Fuji International Speedway earned Jesse Millar (#94) his first Porsche pole position and not one, but two victories netting a large amount of championship points! In division 3 of the Falken Tyre Sports Car Challenge series, Jesse currently stands 14th out of 1,051 competitors. Similarly, in division 3 of the GT4 Falken Tyre Challenge - Fixed series, Jesse is currently 11th out of 1,376. Let's go!

What a weekend of racing! Jesse Millar (#94) put in numerous hours practicing the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course turn by turn. His polished driving and cool headed dueling earned us a Falken Tyre Sports Car Challenge third place trophy for the hardware cabinet! We've passed 200 hours on track too! Break open the bubbly!

It was a tough Friday of racing around the road course layout of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, but Jesse Millar (#94) has now passed two exciting milestones: 150 races run and 5,555 clean laps logged since joining CompyCore Racing. We're celebrating in the garage tonight!

As iRacing's 2023 Season 04 begins, Jesse Millar (#94) has his license promoted to Class C to Class B. Safe, consistent driving is one of CompyCore Racing's main tenets so we're proud of our driver!

The iRacing GT4 season wrapped up with a week of multi-class racing at the Suzuka International Racing Course. Jesse Millar (#94) kept his nose clean and hunted down the #10 car to drive his Porsche 718 Cayman to a solid second place finish in the Falken Tyre Sports Car Challenge. That's CompyCore Racing's best finish yet in the GT4 class!

July 16, 2023

On the last day of the race week, Jesse Millar (#94) strapped in to learn the Club layout of Circuit Park Zandvoort. After a few tips from his instructor, some hotlaps, and a practice session, Jesse qualified 4th in his class. 30 minutes, 28 laps, and one near-death experience later, Jesse brought the CompyCore Racing Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport MR across the line claiming a bronze trophy for the office trophy case. Well earned!

After working all weekend to learn the ins and outs of Tsukuba Circuit, Jesse Millar (#94) started 23rd on the grid and survived a carnage-filled race to finish 1st in his class and 2nd overall! CompyCore Racing wrapped up the iRacing season with 486 Production Car Sim-Lab Challenge championship points! There's a party in the garage tonight!

Driving around Tsukuba Circuit for his 100th race as CompyCore Racing's lead driver, Jesse Millar (#94) qualified second, jumped to first after turn one, led for a lap, fell back to second, and then drove a solid race all the way to a silver trophy! What a way to celebrate triple-digit races!

On the chaotic Lime Rock Park circuit, Jesse Millar (#94) qualified third, fell to the back of the pack after a small bump from behind, and then proceeded to claw his way to a silver trophy for the CompyCore offices!
